Haulotte HOW TO videos now available on Youtube

Preventive maintenance is a key tool for improving TCO (total cost of ownership) for all equipment owners.  Effectively managing these operations contributes to greater efficiency and productivity.

To facilitate this maintenance and improve the user experience, Haulotte has been offering tutorial videos dedicated to preventive maintenance operations since 2019. These tutorial videos allow users to efficiently prepare for and perform the machine maintenance with peace of mind. Simple and effective, this tool is already an indispensable ally for all fleet technicians

Building on this success, the Group's Service Teams have decided to make the videos accessible to everyone. Previously, videos could only be accessed on ETI website (E-Technical Information). From now on, all How To videos will be freely available on the Haulotte Youtube channel.

2 playlists are available: one for the HA20 LE articulating boom and one for the electric scissor lifts HS15 E & HS18 E and their PRO versions. The Service Team is already working on next videos, especially for the COMPACT Range launched in July 2022. Adding these videos to the Youtube channel was an opportunity to give a "facelift" to the existing ones, and to create new ones for the most recently launched machines.

Each video is didactic, illustrating the different stages of the process thanks to Youtube's chaptering system. It simplifies navigation and allows to review or skip a step. The video also details: tools, consumables, spare parts required for maintenance operations.

Last but not least users will find in the video description, all links to spare parts and consumables used in the main maintenance steps. Orders can be directly passed on MyHaulotte in a few clicks. The "How to" tool increases the effectiveness of the learning process: the technician is able to put into practice on site clearly defined and instructional procedure viewed online.

All procedures are available in many languages in the preventive maintenance manuals. To consult them log on ETI website (E-Technical Information) and use the following login details: login = Haulotte-Manuals / Password = manuals.
